In 2006, ISE Consultants once again assisted the HKSAR Government in mediating another high profile, multi-party public dispute – the Dickson’ Construction incident. Mr Roy Cheng had successfully mediated the conflict between the Hong Kong Housing Department and twenty subcontractors on the issue of taking over an ongoing construction project.
