Pro Bono Services
ISE Consultants Ltd from time to time provide pro bono mediation service or pilot scheme to public. We are willing to provide services for disputes / disputant that fulfills any of the following criteria:
1. The outcome of the dispute is of public interests (e.g. labour-management disputes)
2. The dispute can be used for educational purposes or for mediation promotion
3. The disputant is a non-for-profit organization
4. The disputant is in need of financial aid
ISE Consultants supported the Home Affairs Bureau (HAB) of the Hong Kong SAR Government to resolve a complex multi-party building management dispute by mediation.
In 2006, Roy once again assisted the HKSAR Government in mediating another high profile, multi-party public dispute – the Dickson’ Construction incident.
