ISE Consultants and their panel of mediators can be of assistance to you. We will convene meeting by contacting both sides, introducing the mediation process, analyzing and evaluating the cost / benefits of different alternatives, and render ongoing mediation services along with administration and follow-up of cases; most importantly, you can appoint ISE mediators to serve as a neutral and independent third party to facilitate parties to reach a negotiation settlement.
ISE Consultants and their panel of Certified Conflict Coaches can be of assistance to you. We will convene meeting with client to introduce the coaching process, explain the coach client relationship and commitment. The coaching process can be conducted face to face or by phone call.
We provide both standardized training program and customized in-house training, based on identified training needs of different organizations. We draw on highly qualified experts in different areas to conduct courses and seminars on large variety of topics.
We offer training for different levels of participants. To name some, Mediation Practice workshop leading to the accreditation of an accredited mediator, Principled or Interest-based Negotiation, Applications of mediation skills in complaint handling. We also offer the Certificate course in Managing Workplace Conflict (this course is certified by Mediation Training Institute International (MTI-USA)
The Conflict Dynamics Profile, an assessment instrument dealing with conflict behaviours in the workplace, provides a powerful way to improve self-awareness of what triggers conflict in individuals as well as how they respond to conflict. Two versions of the instrument - the CDP-Individual (CDP-I) and CDP-360 - provide practical solutions for promoting more effective conflict resolution. Based on these triggers and responses, the Conflict Dynamics Profile then provides practical approaches for improving behaviours that promote more effective workplace conflict resolution.
