Seminar on Conflict Management Coaching Pilot Scheme
About 80 office and warehouse staff from Willas-Array Electronics (Hong Kong) Limited have attended the 1-hour briefing session regarding a one year in-house pilot scheme on conflict management coaching offered by ISE.

Workplace Dispute and Conflict Management Coaching Seminar for Convenience Retail Asia Limited
A half day seminar was delivered to over 100 Circle K and St. Honore Store Managers. The talk covered the basic concept of mediation followed by introduction of conflict management coaching. A real case was used to demonstrate how a conflict coach would enhance the client to gain new insights of the dispute by using the (not so) merry-go-round of conflict. The seminar was conducted in a highly interactive manner and feedback was positive from the participants.
